Pricing Effective April 1st, 2024

All rentals include your setup/breakdown time.

Weekday Hourly Rental
Sunday- Friday

$150 per hour
*Minimum 2 hours
*Available Hours between 10am-1am

$125 cleaning fee is added to each rental

Saturday Rentals

Half Day Rental

Day 9pm-4pm

Evening 6pm-1am

$950

Full Day Rental

9am-1am

$1250

A $125 cleaning fee is added to each rental.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

A $200 Refundable Security Deposit is collected two days before your event via authorization hold & is released after your event if no damages are found and all venue rules are adhered to. A cleaning fee of $125 is added to each rental.
